The planned maintenance on the BE website that took place this morning is now complete. During the update we experienced some technical issues that meant some users experienced difficulties when the website came back online. We apologise for this inconvenience but all issues are now rectified and everything is back to running as it should be.
The maintenance work was to update the checkout process as a consequence of the changes in the banking regulations and the additional authentication processes for added security. As part of this update all SAVED cards which members currently have saved on their website accounts will be removed. Members wishing to have authorised cards on their BE accounts will be able to save the card details after they have been used for a payment.
We would like to thank all members for their patience and understanding during this recent period of transition to the new processes.
