Squad update: change to British Eventing’s Young Rider European Championship combinations

The British Eventing Youth Performance Selectors selected athlete/horse combinations to compete in the Young Rider Europeans, plus reserves subject to a completion of Wellington International, as detailed in the Young Rider Selection Policy (12. Selection. 12.2).

Very sadly, Treamble with Finn Healy and ALS Russian Rolex with Jemima Howden did not meet with the conditions of the selection process and will not be joining the Squad in Montelibretti.

Donateur and Millie Juleff were withdrawn from the process of selection immediately after Wellington International.

Reserve riders Georgina Herrling and Anya Strilkowski will step in to join Daisy Bathe, Barnie Brotherton, Ellie Fredericks and Maja Hullah.

Dressage will take place on the 14-15 September followed by Cross Country on the 16 September. Medals placings will be decided on Sunday 17 September when the show jumping takes place.
