Oliver Townend wins CCI-S 3* at Floors Castle

Congratulations to Oliver Townend and John Peace and Charlotte Cole’s mare, Crazy Du Loir for winning the CCI-S 3* at Floors Castle International Horse Trials sponsored by the Malcolm Group.

The pair finished on their dressage score of 29.50 to take the top honours at the event, which returns to the eventing calendar this week after a three-year absence.

Congratulations also to Douglas Crawford who took the award for the best Scottish rider in the CCI-S 3* when finishing fifth with Geoff and Elspeth Adam’s Shadow Lad.

The event, by kind permission of the Duke of Roxburghe, is running classes from BE80 to CCI 3*S from today through to Sunday (13-15 May).
