Ireland’s Susie Berry and Gortin House head to cross-country in pole position for owner Ron Pearson in CCI2*-L with Toots Bartlett and Freestyle R in second and Willa Newton and Just Soda No Ice coming home third at the end of the dressage.
Izzy Taylor and Carolines Air KM are in first place in CCI3*-L, the Trevor Dickens-owned bay mare, putting in a super effort throughout to overtake Kevin McNab, another rider having a great season, on the stallion, Scuderia 1918 Humphreys. Laura Collett and Bling hold third for owner, Yvonne Ferguson.
After the completion of the cross-country phase in the British Eventing 5YO Young Horse Championship, Ros Canter and DHI Rock Dancer are in first place, the bay gelding putting in a foot perfect round.

In the British Eventing 6YO Young Horse Championship, Piggy March and Brookfield Future News are in pole position with 24.9 penalties.
Last year’s 5YO Champion, De Pleasure and Eliza Stoddart follow closely on their heels with Cheshire-based Hayden Hankey and Power of Love in third. Eliza is also handily placed in fourth with Kadans.
The British Eventing 7YO Young Horse Championship sees the inform Kitty King again out in front, this time with MHS Monbeg Junior, for owner Adrian Sweet.
Stephen Healey and Quidam De Lux have claimed second place and Oliver Townend holds third with Cooley Rosalent.
