British Eventing is seeking to appoint an accomplished Membership and Marketing specialist, who will be responsible for overseeing the entire membership lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, retention, and renewal. This role is pivotal in creating a positive member experience, fostering member relationships, and driving membership growth. The Membership and Marketing Manager collaborates with the organisation and wider sport to ensure that member needs are met, satisfaction is high, and membership goals are achieved.
The successful candidate will develop and implement data-driven marketing plans and oversee campaigns across the sport to support our wider strategy for growth and engagement.
This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution, requiring strong skills in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management.
