Horseheath Horse Trials is set to return to the British Eventing family next month under the expert management of the Little Downham team. Running across the weekend of the 22nd – 23rd March with a range of classes from BE100 to Advanced, the East Anglia event offers exceptional ground and brand-new courses for 2025.
Long & Flowing Tracks
With a complete re-think of the site, the new cross-country tracks will be long and flowing, perfect to get horses travelling at this early stage of the season. Tracks will all be encouraging and tailored for the time of year.
The racecourse runs a popular point-to-point throughout the winter with a strong reputation for providing excelling going even in the wettest months. The ground for the cross-country has been rested for several years and meticulously cared for, to undoubtedly provide the best going for the time of year.
Heated Spectating Area
The event is pleased to confirm that a heated spectator marquee will be available for all to enjoy. Sited between the showjumping and key area of the cross-country course it will offer a prime viewing location in a comfortable setting.
Full catering options will be available within. Thanks to the support of the EHOA members will be able to enjoy a complimentary soup and roll whilst watching.
