Online Card Payments
Payment Services Regulations are strengthening the security for online card payments which means that additional verification will be required for all card payments from mid-March. Some banks and card providers are currently implementing these changes but we are not quite ready so you may get a message when you go to complete your checkout transaction that the payment has been refused.

Should this happen please call the office on 0330 1748196 and one of the team will be able to complete the payment for you over the phone.

To enable this process to be as efficient as possible, please complete all the details relating to your purchase, whether that be memberships, season tickets or entries, and have them waiting in the basket. This means that we will not delay you on the phone by completing any of the information required other than to take the card details to complete the payment.

The team are working to complete the additional security so this issue will be resolved before the regulation implementation deadline.
