Applications close today! British Eventing U25 National Youth Coach

British Eventing is looking to recruit a National Youth Coach (NYC) to play a pivotal role in the development and success of our young athletes. The newly appointed coach will focus on training, education, and the competition experiences of young people aged 21 – 25 yrs within regional, national, and international environments, including the annual U25 Championship which is held at Bramham Horse Trials.

Qualifications and Experience:

•             It is desirable that applicants hold a Coaching Qualification at BHS Stage 5 Performance Coach, UKCC Level 3 or above.

•             Proven experience as a successful coach in Eventing, with significant expertise working on youth development.

•             In-depth knowledge of BE and FEI Rules and the qualifications required of athletes for National and International Championship classes.

Interviews will be conducted online via Teams on 29th November 2024, followed by a second-round practical coaching assessment on 6th December 2024.
