British Eventing partner with Aria Grace Equine Law

British Eventing are pleased to announce a new partnership with law firm Aria Grace Law CIC, who will provide our members and organisers with access to discounted rates on legal services provided by their specialist equine law team.

Our partnership with Aria Grace Law will also see members able to access a free series of exclusive webinars tackling topics important to our community, alongside access to a free ‘Ask Aria Grace Law’ FAQ hub providing easy access to tips and guidance on common legal questions. Advice will be collated and published within the member area of the BE website to ensure all members have easy access to legal assistance.

Aria Grace is the UK’s only not-for-profit corporate law firm and will donate 5% of all fees from work generated by British Eventing and our members to the British Eventing Training Foundation (BETF).

Aria Grace Equine Law provides market leading legal services by equestrians for equestrians, across corporate, commercial, employment law, disputes and litigation advice. Their breadth of expertise allows them to provide pragmatic, clear, commercial advice backed by their personal understanding of the equestrian community, to clients both in the UK and internationally. The quality of their advice has been recognised within the UK legal market with Chambers’ rankings for the firm, the department and for Jodie Seddon in 2025.

Examples of Aria Grace Law’s work that could benefit our members include:

  • Co-ownership and syndicate agreements
  • Sponsorship and brand ambassador agreements
  • Event organiser agreements
  • Professional rider agreements
  • Employment contracts and related issues
  • Yard agreements, including livery and training agreements
  • Sale, lease and loan agreements

British Eventing CEO Rosie Williams commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Aria Grace Equine Law to our BE family, to support our members and organisers. We hope our members make the most of this great opportunity, and we look forward to seeing how our partnership with Aria Grace Equine Law develops.”

Jodie from Aria Grace said: “We are honoured to be able to support both British Eventing and its members with their legal needs. This partnership supports our aim to ensure that top-class pragmatic legal advice is readily available to the members, to support their endeavours and protect their interests. All enquiries are welcome, no ask is too small, and no fee is charged for making an initial enquiry.”
