British Eventing Junior & Young Rider European Championship Teams Announced

British Eventing is pleased to announce the team that will represent Great Britain at the FEI Junior & Young Rider European Championships in Montelibretti, Italy between 13 – 17 September.

The selected teams are as follows:

JUNIORS (CH-EU-CCI2*-L)
Isabelle Cook, aged 18 years from Worthing in West Sussex, with the 11 year-old chestnut mare Mexican Law owned by Jim Chromiak and also with the 9 year-old dark bay gelding Turbo owned by Shaun Lawson as direct reserve.

Annabel Finston, aged 17 years from Pertenhall in Bedfordshire, with her own 12 year-old bay mare Grafelles.

Joshua Levett, aged 18 years from Chipping Campden in Gloucestershire with the 14 year-old bay gelding This Ones On You owned by Elisabeth Murdoch

Anna Price, aged 18 years from Little Staughton, Bedfordshire, with the 8 year-old bay mare Keep Happy owned by her father Tim Price.

Pippa Royle, aged 17 years from Devizes in Wiltshire, with the 17 year-old bay gelding Bayano owned by Rebecca Salt and Caroline Harris

Jasmine Underwood, aged 18 years from Inkberrow in Worcestershire, with her own 10 year-old liver chestnut mare Indian Girl G

Reserves:
Ivy Fisher, aged 18 from Norwich in Norfolk, with her own 10 year-old grey mare Global Promise.

Tara Kay, aged 18 from Brackley in Northants, with 9 year-old grey mare Westwood II owned by Hannah Robins.

Ada Marson aged 17 from Woodbridge in Suffolk, with the 10 year-old mare Izzietop owned by her mother Jane Marson.

Young Riders (CH-EU-CCI3*-L)
Daisy Bathe, aged 20 from Cambridge, with the 13 year-old bay gelding Mexican Wave owned by Mary Hollingsworth.

Barnie Brotherton, aged 20 from Broadway in Worcestershire, with the 8 year-old bay gelding DHI King Nelson owned by his mother Naomi Brotherton.

Ellie Fredericks, aged 19 years from Devizes in Wiltshire, with the 8 year-old bay mare Pure Trendsetter owned by her mother Lucinda Fredericks.

Finn Healy, aged 19 from Hope Valley in Derbyshire, with the 10 year-old bay mare Treamble owned by Amy Hawley.

Maja Hullah, aged 21 from Winscombe in Somerset, with her own 12 year-old bay gelding Articus.

Millie Juleff,  aged 20 from Bodmin in Cornwall, with the 15 year-old chestnut gelding Donateur owned by herself and father, Darren Juleff.

Reserves:
Georgina Herrling, aged 20 from Watlington in Oxfordshire and her own 11 year-old grey gelding Cooley Now or Never.

Jemima Howden, aged 19 from Charlbury in Oxfordshire, with her own 10 year-old bay gelding ALS Russian Rolex.

Anya Strilkowski, aged 19 from Upton – Upon – Severn in Worcestershire, with her own 8 year-old gelding K.

The team will be accompanied by British Eventing Youth Performance Manager and Chef d’Equipe Darrell Scaife.

Dressage will take place on the 14-15 September followed by Cross Country on the 16 September. Medals placings will be decided on Sunday 17 September when the show jumping takes place.
