The British Eventing Coaching Certificate (BECC) qualifications offer the highest quality of training for our valued coaches. These professional qualifications are all awarded by 1st4sport, an organisation that is recognised and regulated in England by Ofqual, who specialise in the active leisure, learning and well-being sector. The BECC Level 3 eventing specific qualification are delivered by an experienced and knowledgeable workforce. Each course is assigned a Coach Educator who will deliver the programme content which is divided between theory and practical coaching sessions. A level 3 coach will learn how to be a fully independent coach who is a role model at Regional level. This qualification will enable you to plan, deliver, analyse and review annual programmes of rider development.

What are the benefits of an eventing specific qualification?

·        The coaching certificates have raised the profile of equestrian coaching by establishing best practice coaching standards.

·        It’s a nationally recognised framework of qualifications for coach education developed by the UK’s most successful sports.

·        The successful completion of a BECC eventing specific qualification demonstrates that you have the technical knowledge and practical ability to coach riders to the level of the qualification gained.
