The percentages in the Directors Election are the percentage of the number of members who voted in the election, and not of the total number of votes cast (as members were eligible to vote for up to two candidates). So, for example, of the 788 members who voted, 65% (512) voted for Jan. Had all members voted twice the % would add up 200% – but some members only voted once

Special Resolution (Amend article 9)
The Directors may call General Meetings and, notwithstanding the provisions of the Act, on the requisition of 500 Members shall forthwith proceed to convene an Extraordinary General meeting for a date not later than eight weeks after receipt of the requisition. If there are not within Great Britain sufficient Directors to call a General Meeting, any Director or any Member of the Company may call a General Meeting.
