For those heading out to Paris to follow the journey of the British team, British Eventing’s CEO Rosie Williams would like to welcome supporters to join her at Au Rendez-Vous Des Touristes, 07 Rue de la Pourvoierie, 78000 Versailles, located on the main marketplace in Versailles. It is close to restaurants, so after a couple of aperitifs, people can wander off through Versailles for dinner.
Everyone is welcome to come and join in the Olympic celebrations. Rosie will be there from the trot up day and at the close of competition every day. Our official team mascot Hovis, will also be there in virtual form for you to take selfies and share your messages of support which he will pass on to the team.
Rosie commented: “I very much wanted to find a place where our members and British supporters in Paris could all get together at the end of the day. I will be here each evening with our President, Jane Holderness Roddam and our Chair Mark Sartori and we look forward to warmly welcoming everyone that wishes to come along and join us.”
