The BE support trust aims to support the physical and mental health of British Eventing members in their time of need, in addition to supporting research involving safety within the sport. The charity has already proved to be a lifeline to a number of members.

Since the inaugural ball in December 2022, BEST has assisted 25 riders with either rehabilitation, financial assistance or mental health support. Out of those 25 riders, 13 are back competing and 12 are still being supported by the charity. We currently have 6 new applications to discuss at our next application meeting. As word gets out about what we do, more riders are applying to us for much needed help and support.
