Applications open for World Young Horse Championships at Le Lion d’Angers 

Applications are invited for the CH-M-YH-CCI2*-L and CH-M-YH-CCI3*-L at the FEI WBFSH World Breeding Eventing Championships for Young Horses at Le Lion d’Angers, France from 20-23 October 2022.

Applications must arrive with the International Secretary by 1 September 2022 and may be pending full MER, which must be achieved by 21 September. Please note an MER, according to 2022 Eventing Rules Article 517 criteria, as a combination between 1 January 2021 to 21 September 2022 must be achieved plus;

6-year-old Championships: 1 CCI2*-S with the following additional criteria – zero obstacle penalties on the cross country and a maximum of 4 penalties on obstacles (max one rail down) in the show jumping test.

7-year-old Championships: 1 CCI2*-L and 1 CCI3*-S, both with zero obstacle penalties on the cross country and both with a maximum of 4 penalties on obstacles (max one rail down) in the show jumping test.

Selection will take place by 21 September.
