A fabulous weekend for Juniors and Young Riders at Kelsall Hill International

This weekend at Kelsall Hill International saw a fabulous turnout of Junior Riders and Youth combinations, we saw very impressive performances in both the 2* and 3* classes.

Jasmine Underwood & Indian Girl G
This Junior combination took 2nd place in the 3* to Yasmin Ingham. Jasmine was riding her own 12-year-old mare, Indian Girl G by Dantos HBC out of Delita.

Jasmine said: “I am thrilled with Indi’s performance over the weekend, she adores her job and always tries her heart out for me – we know each other inside out now and there’s just no feeling quite like riding her round an event!“

Following closely was Finn Healy, another youth member on Greannanstown Monbeg Joe who finished 3rd.

Holly Law & Wishing Time
Holly Law, a Young Rider, took the win in the 2* on Rachel White’s Wishing Time!  Holly was riding the 15-year-old gelding by Woodlander Wesuvio out of Bandmaster’s Maid.

Holly commented: “I was absolutely thrilled with Reuben (Wishing Time) this weekend. He did what felt like a super test and a confident double clear. I try not to look at the scores to avoid the pressure, so I didn’t know we had won until after we’d finished. He’s won his three events this season and I couldn’t be happier with him. Kelsall is always an amazing event just made even more special this year.”

Also taking 3rd place was Annabel Finston and Camee De Muze in the 2* section.

Congratulations to all our members, Youth members and Junior Riders. We look forward to seeing these partnerships continue to grow throughout the season and all our Junior Riders and Youth member to see what they can accomplish in 2025.
