I would like to update members on the situation regarding the Upton House fixture. We apologise if there has been a breakdown in communication. The 2023 calendar that was sent out on Friday is still a draft calendar and has been produced and circulated to organisers for their feedback.

I communicated to organisers when the draft calendar was sent out, that the fixtures committee would be meeting again and that there would be another round of negotiations before the calendar is finalized.

I know that our members are awaiting the 2023 Calendar with much anticipation so that they can start planning their year ahead.  We are hoping to have the final version of the calendar available on the British Eventing website by mid December.
